Welcome to WorryHollow™. By accessing, using, or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
WorryHollow™ is a brand owned and operated by JPGM BRANDS, LLC. All purchases, payments, and transactions are processed by JPGM BRANDS, LLC.
1. Use of Website
By using this website, you agree to:
- Use it only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse, disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website.
- Not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit WorryHollow™ content without permission.
All WorryHollow™ characters, artwork, names, stories, designs, graphics, product concepts, and other original content are owned by JPGM BRANDS, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Products & Mystery Editions
WorryHollow™ offers collectible products and experiences inspired by the characters and world of WorryHollow™, including apparel, collectible putty, The Worrier Game, Mystery Editions, and other merchandise.
By purchasing a Mystery Edition product, you understand that:
- The character or edition you receive may be randomly selected.
- You may receive a character you have received previously.
- Product images may be used for preview, illustration, or storytelling purposes.
- Slight variations in color, printing, packaging, or appearance may occur.
- Character and product availability may vary.
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, WorryHollow™ collectible products are intended for ages 13+.
3. The Worrier Collector Pass
The Worrier Collector Pass is an optional one-time $5 purchase with no recurring fees or renewals.
WorryHollow™ may use your previously received character history to try to provide a different STAYS character on future eligible Mystery Edition orders when available.
The Worrier Collector Pass does not guarantee a particular character or guarantee that duplicates will never occur. Character selection remains subject to availability.
Collector Pass purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not apply retroactively to orders placed before the pass was purchased.
4. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed through our checkout and payment providers.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
- Your payment statement may identify JPGM BRANDS, LLC as the merchant.
WorryHollow™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, limit quantities, or correct pricing, product information, or listing errors when reasonably necessary.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on our website or product listing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
WorryHollow™ is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Mystery Products
Due to the collectible and Mystery Edition nature of certain WorryHollow™ products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right when appropriate.
Receiving a duplicate character in a Mystery Edition does not, by itself, qualify an order for a return, refund, or exchange.
7. Intellectual Property
WorryHollow™, its characters, the STAYS, the EMPTIES, character names, storylines, artwork, designs, logos, written content, and other original creative materials are owned by JPGM BRANDS, LLC or used with authorization.
Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from WorryHollow™ intellectual property.
8. Mental Health & Wellness Disclaimer
WorryHollow™ is a fictional world created for storytelling, creative expression, and emotional reflection.
Our characters, stories, games, products, and experiences are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition or replace professional care.
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or crisis, please contact local emergency services.
9. Product Use
Customers are responsible for using WorryHollow™ products according to any instructions, warnings, age recommendations, or other information included with the product or displayed on the applicable product page.
WorryHollow™ products should only be used for their intended purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JPGM BRANDS, LLC and WorryHollow™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the website, participation in WorryHollow™ experiences, or use of WorryHollow™ products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
