PROCESSING TIME
Each WorryHollow™ order is prepared with care.
- Processing typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on product availability.
- Please allow up to 14–21 business days for delivery of your order.
- The most accurate processing information will be shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
SHIPPING
We ship using trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS.
Estimated Delivery Times
- North America: 3–10 business days after shipment
- International: Delivery times vary by destination
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.
DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.
If you believe your package was lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.

INCORRECT ADDRESS / RETURNED PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll receive a WorryHollow™ gift card for the item amount, minus the original shipping cost.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
WorryHollow™ ships worldwide.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other import charges that may apply in their country.
WorryHollow™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because WorryHollow™ products are part of a collectible Mystery Edition experience, all sales are final.
We do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Cancellations
Please review your order and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Receiving a particular character or receiving a duplicate Mystery Edition is not considered a defective or incorrect order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

MYSTERY EDITION POLICY
WorryHollow™ Putty and WorryHollow™ The Worrier Game are available as part of our Collectible Mystery Edition experience.
Mystery Editions are intentionally designed around the surprise of discovering which WorryHollow™ character finds you.
By purchasing a Mystery Edition, you understand that:
- Characters are randomly selected.
- Specific characters are not guaranteed.
- Duplicate characters may occur when purchasing multiple Mystery Editions.
- Mystery Edition purchases are final sale except for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
You don’t choose the character. The character chooses you.
WORRYHOLLOW™ PUTTY
WorryHollow™ Putty is intended for ages 13+.
Putty may stick to clothing, hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, and fabric and may stain certain materials. Do not use as earplugs.
Please follow all warnings and instructions provided with the product.
THE WORRIER GAME
WorryHollow™ The Worrier Game is intended for 4–10 players, ages 13+.
Food and water used during gameplay are not included with the game.
Players are responsible for choosing foods appropriate for their own dietary needs and allergies.
THE WORRIER COLLECTOR PASS
The Worrier Collector Pass is an optional one-time $5 purchase with no recurring fees or renewals.
WorryHollow will use your previously received character history to try to provide a different STAYS character on future eligible Mystery Edition orders, when available.
The Collector Pass does not guarantee a specific character or guarantee that duplicates will never occur. Character selection is subject to availability.
Collector Pass purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable and do not apply retroactively to orders placed before the pass was purchased.

Our characters, stories, and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition or replace professional care.
