Each Mystery Edition features one of 10 collectible STAYS characters, each with their own personality, Worrier Theme, and Courage Message.
You don’t choose the character. The character chooses you.
No. Mystery Editions are meant to be a surprise. Your character is randomly selected.
It’s possible. Mystery Editions are packed randomly, so ordering multiple items does not guarantee different characters.
Some characters may appear less frequently than others depending on the edition or release.

Each Mystery Edition includes:

No. Each character has their own Worrier Theme, and the Worry Cards in that Mystery Edition are inspired by everyday relatable moments connected to that theme.

No. The Mystery Edition you receive is randomly selected, making the character reveal part of the experience.

The Worrier Collector Pass is an optional one-time $5 add-on for WorryHollow collectors.
Your Collector Pass helps us keep track of the STAYS characters you’ve previously received, so on future Mystery Edition orders we can try to send you a character you haven’t received yet, when available.
The Collector Pass does not guarantee a specific character or that you will never receive a duplicate. Character availability may vary.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Orders typically ship within 7–14 business days. Please allow up to 14–21 business days for delivery.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after your purchase. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to you.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.
Yes. We ship worldwide. Customs, duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please double-check your order and shipping information before completing checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll receive a WorryHollow™ gift card for the item amount, minus the original shipping cost.
RETURNS & ISSUES
Due to the collectible and surprise nature of WorryHollow™ Mystery Editions, we do not offer returns or exchanges simply because you received a particular character or a duplicate.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email contact@worryhollow.com within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
